Seller conditions
1.1 The present General Terms and Conditions regulate the online sale service for all the products (below the “Service”), on the web site https://www.ionoi.it/ (below the “Web Site”) operated by Ionoi Srl (below “Seller”).
1.2 The Seller invites you to read carefully these Sales General Terms and Conditions before you proceed with your order.
Below the Seller shows the main Terms and Conditions for the service:
Products shipments are all from Italy.
Pricing and presentation of the products: In cases where it is not stated, the prices of the products are in Euro and are inclusive of VAT; the images of the products could not quite match the real products due to the Internet browser and monitor. Inside the website you can buy artistic products, furniture, clothing and merchandising.
Method of purchasing: In order to purchase one or more Products, you must carefully fill in and communicate to the Seller, electronically, a Purchase Order (with a contract value), which summarizes the details of the Product ordered and its relative price, the mode of payment and the delivery conditions. The broadcast of the Purchase Order confirms that you have read and understood the Sales General Terms and Conditions.
Avoidance of the order: When the Seller receives the Purchase Order, he/she sends a confirmation of acceptance by email or, eventually, he/she informs you why the order cannot be processed and refunds you the entire amount. A list of the total price of the items you want to purchase with shipping costs will be attached to the confirmation email. The shipping will be carried out after the correct registration of the payment and at last after 5 workdays from the confirmation of the order.
Assurance: As provided by Italian law, all the products available on the website are guaranteed against defects in conformity. To benefit from warranty service, you must keep the receipt (or invoice) attached to the purchased product.
Right of Withdrawal for the properties on our website: you have the right to withdraw from the contract ended with the Seller, without any penalty and without explanation of reason, within fifteen (15) working days from the day when you receive the Products purchased on the website. On the methods to exercise this right you should check the following articles about the policy on returns and exchanges. Those who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Information and products price.
2.1 All the Main Characteristics of the Products are each described on the identification pages.
2.2 The Products prices are given in Euro and (when they are not specified as clear) they are all including VAT and they are not including costs of shipping. The prices on the website could be subject to updates.
Method of termination of the purchase agreement
3.1. To end the contract of purchase of one or more Products on the Website, after the selection of a Product or more Products of your interest, you should, first of all, complete and transmit digitally to the Seller, a Purchase Order of Selected Products in electronic format (that means as a contractual proposal), specifying the Products you are asking to buy, the method of purchase you choose and some of your necessary personal information (below the Purchase Order).
3.2. This Purchase Order is composed of two tabs called “Registration” and “Payment” where you can choose the method of payment (better explained in article 4) and provide your personal information. Inside Purchase Order is also present a recap of each product’s essential information and price, payment methods available to complete the Purchase Order and Shipping Costs.
3.3. Purchase Orders will be stored in our data archives for a period of time necessary to complete the order (to comply with legal requirements). You can access your Order at any time by logging into your personal page.
3.4. When the Seller receives and accepts the payment by electronic means, and sends the products, the contract will be considered completed. The Seller could not comprehend the Purchase Order: (a) which does not provide sufficient solvency guarantees or are incomplete or incorrect, or (b) in case the Seller does not have in stock the Products (in the case they are no longer available or sold out). In these cases, the Seller will inform you quickly (and, in any case, not longer than 30 days from the day after the Seller receives your Purchase Order) by email that the contract is not signed, outlining the reasons. In the event o payment already made for the Product and the seller costs, you will be refunded what you have already paid (Kindly refer to the following article 5).
If the Seller concludes the contract, he will send, by email, an Order Confirmation, in which there is holistic data of the Purchase Order and delivery information.
Methods of payment
4.1. At the time of the Purchase Order, the Seller will be asking you to pay with an anticipated bank transfer registered to the Seller;
4.2. If you are paying by anticipated bank transfer, you will receive the bank coordinates for the transfer. The Seller encourages you to check the references and the essential elements of the bank transfer. Missing Data or lack of necessary references may cause delays in the processing of orders and subsequent delivery of the Products.
Products Shipping and Delivery
5.1 The shipping of the Products is made at the address reported in the Purchase Order following the successful registration of the order payment. Deliveries to mailboxes are not permitted. Regardless, the Seller will ship the Products no later than 5 working days after receiving the payment.
5.2. Deliveries will be completed within 10 business days from the date of shipping, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and other holidays. The delivery terms shown above should be considered merely indicative, as the Seller will not be held responsible for delays caused by other factors.
5.3 The shipping will be matched with the invoice / bill issued by the Seller.
Product quality and guarantees
6.1. By submitting the Purchase Order, you confirm that you are aware of, and accept that the images and colors of the Products offered for sale on the website might not resemble the delivered products owing to the color discrepancy of the pertaining Internet browser and/or monitor used.
Right of Withdrawal
7.1. You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fifteen (15) working days starting from the day of receipt of the Products purchased on the site.
In order to withdraw the contract, you should first send an email to the address: info@ionoi.it to receive the return authorization and all the instructions needed to process the withdrawal.
You will bear the shipping costs, including liability in the event of loss or damage to the Products.
7.2. The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to the respect of the Terms and Conditions described at the previous point 7.1- is considered to be properly exercised if the following conditions are also fully respected:
a) The Products should not be used, opened, worn, washed or damaged;
b) The identification label (if present) should still be attached to the Products;
c) The Products should be returned in their intact packaging, properly sealed with packaging and contents intact, original and complete;
d) Returned Products must be sent to the Seller in one shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right to not accept Products of the same order, returned and shipped at different times.
7.3. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph 7, the Seller shall refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the products.
The sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of your request to withdrawal. The Seller will activate the refund procedures pursuant to paragraph 9 below, after verifying that the above terms and conditions have been correctly implemented.
Timing and method of refund
8.1. After the return of the Products, the Seller should verify the compliance of the Products with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 7.1. and 7.2. In the event that the checks are concluded positively, the Seller should send you, by e-mail, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the Products thus returned.
8.2. Whatever method of payment you use, the refund procedure is activated by the Seller in the shortest possible time, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your request of withdrawal after verifying the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the Products returned.
8.3. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the Products indicated in the Purchase Order and who has paid the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in case of opting for the right of withdrawal, will be made by the Seller, in any event, against whom the payment was made.
Force Majeure
The Seller will be relieved of any contractual obligation to make or deliver and will not be required to pay any indemnity in the event of force majeure that prevents the fulfilment of obligations imposed on you, such as riots, insurrections, social unrest, telephone or computer failures or serious damage to the security and operation of the Internet, strikes and inability to supply products and materials.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
9.1 The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code). With a particular reference to the legislation on distance contracts and from Legislative Decree No. 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
Regular updating
The General Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time to take consideration of any regulatory changes. The updated General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the site. The Seller therefore invites you to a periodic visit to this section for updates.
